The Burlington School District is doing a silent bid for the scoreboard in the old Elementary gym. Bidding begins Wednesday January 15 and ends Wednesday January 29th. All bids need to be delivered to the district office in a sealed envelope by 4:00 on January 29th. The district office is located at 2600 Rose Ave. The scoreboard is currently attached to the wall and it will be the buyers responsibility to remove or arrange removal. Masks are required to enter the building due to possible asbestos and lead hazards. The Score board will need to be wiped down with wet rags when removing it from the building in order to comply with state recommendations.
